MAC users, you will need the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader and a third-party PDF print driver capable of publishing (aka Distilling, Flattening) encrypted PDFs. Examples of PDF print drivers are PDF Printer (in the Mac App Store), CUPS-PDF (free), and PDFWriter (free). If you are using PDF Expert for Mac, you will not need a separate PDF print driver.
Windows users, use the Microsoft Print to PDF DF print driver that is built into Windows 10 and later.
