For our own protection, we are not able to give refunds for software. If you give us the opportunity to work with you to resolve any difficulties you may be having, we are confident that you will quickly overcome your difficulties. If you feel that it has taken you longer than you had anticipated to learn the software, let us know and we will extend your free technical support period accordingly. If you are still not comfortable with the software after working with us, you can apply your entire purchase price toward one of our other reports.
