Purchase an Activation Code Retrieval or a
Replacement Activation Code. You will receive a transaction ID with
your purchase. Send an email to
support@bestinspectors.net with the transaction ID, the name and
version number of your software, and evidence of your original
purchase. The minimum information required in order to locate your
original purchase is the name and email address associated with the
purchase. Including the approximate date of purchase will help to
reduce the time needed to process your request. The subject
line of the email must be "Lost Activation Code"

purchased by invoice or phone. Ownership of a qualifying version must
be verified. Please consult the Support Section before calling for
technical support.
Lost or Expired Custom Download Link
Some BestInspectors.Net software does not require an Activation
Code. Instead, the software is pre-activated and we provide the user
with a custom download link. Download links are guaranteed to remain
active at least for 32 days from the date of purchase. Once
downloaded, software can be stored on a storage device such as a CD,
DVD, flash drive, or external hard drive. The software can be
downloaded as often as needed while the download link is active.
WARNING:
Multiple software downloads should always be made from the same
location (building address). The IP address of the downloader
will be logged for security reasons. Downloading from multiple
locations may cause the link to be terminated.
