The Report The
Legacy Home Home Inspection System was developed, and is distributed,
by Management Science International (dba BestInspectors.Net), one of the most respected names in the
construction education industry. The report's designer, George P. Wells,
is a Certified Master Inspector, licensed master electrician,
State of Ohio licensed contractor, and
fire investigator. He has a bachelor's degree in
engineering and a master's degree in business administration. He is also
an instructor for eight skilled trades, business and technology.
