Request Help

All technical support starts with submitting a support request. Complete and submit the request form. You will receive a response to your support request, with a support ticket ID, within 30 minutes.

Provide a complete and detailed description of the problem you are having. Include steps leading to the problem. Provide complete contact information. The more information you provide, the better we will be able to assist you.

Screen shots are always helpful. After you receive your support request confirmation and support ticket, reply to the email with any screen shots that you have of error messages, software status, or any other information that you think might be relevant. 

If your software is no longer eligible for free technical support, you need third-party software support, or need general computer support, visit the Help Center for support options. 

When calling for telephone support or requesting live interactive remote support, please have your support ticket number.
