Activation code retrievals are free for Platinum Editions for 5 years from the date of purchase. Activation code retrievals are free for HomeTrex for 2 years from the date of purchase.	We must be able to verify your purchase in order to retrieve a lost code or issue a replacement for a lost code.

Prices are for the download versions. CD Available for $12.95 (to cover the cost of the CD, shipping and handling). The downloadable version is always the latest version and may be a more recent version than on the CD.
