George Wells, Certified Master Inspector Many home inspectors become home
inspectors after taking a short course, usually two weeks or less, in home
inspection. They then become "certified" by one of the many home
inspection companies or organizations after only a few short months of field
experience. Your inspector, George Wells, has been in construction,
engineering and maintenance for 30 years and is LICENSED by the Ohio Construction
Industry Examining Board, an official regulatory department of the State of
Ohio as a contractor, LICENSED by the Ohio
Department of Agriculture as a Wood Destroying Insect Inspector, and
CERTIFIED as a home inspector by the
National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and
Management Science Institute's (MSI) Best Inspectors Network.
George is also CERTIFIED by MSI
as a commercial building inspector. In addition to doing home
inspections, George does commercial and industrial inspections, scientific
investigations (building failures, equipment
failures, etc), and owner's representation and project management on construction
projects. Click here for some other questions to ask before you hire an inspector |
