Omission
Guard
Missing something on an inspection is
one of the biggest fears of most inspectors. Three out of four
inspectors go home or to the office to complete their reports. The
main reason cited for not doing inspection reports on-site is a fear of
missing something. Titanium Edition's Omission Guard makes it
almost impossible to miss anything. Every comment field is
highlighted in RED until a check box indicating "Inspected", "Not
inspected" or "Not present" is checked. That's not all. If
you accidentally check two conflicting checkboxes such as "Inspected"
and "Not inspected", the comment field for that item will also be
highlighted in RED.
Omission Guard also fills any fields marked as "Not
present" with light gray shading making it easier for you to complete

deficiencies to report. There may be times when an entire
system is not present. In such cases, you want to be able to
complete the page related to that system or room as quickly as possible.
